Renport (E-Commerce) Limited, a BVI Business Company, incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (“RENPORT E-COMMERCE”), mailing address, P.O. Box 3376, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands and the individual completing this online Booking Confirmation (“You” or “Renter”) for the rental of router(s) and other equipment (“ROUTER EQUIPMENT”) hereby enter into this Router Equipment Rental Agreement (the “Router Rental Agreement”). This Router Rental Agreement will be effective as of the date RENPORT E-COMMERCE accepts the fully paid Booking Confirmation (the “Effective Date”). RENPORT E-COMMERCE and Renter are also referred herein as “Party” in the singular or “Parties” in the plural. This Router Rental Agreement and the Rental Terms and Conditions accepted by Renter and incorporated herein by reference are referred to herein as the “Agreement.”
RENPORT E-COMMERCE reserves the right to reject any Booking Confirmation in its sole and absolute discretion and to decline to rent a router and other equipment to any person whose Booking Confirmation was previously accepted as RENPORT E-COMMERCE may determine in its sole discretion. In such an event, the person will receive a full refund of the amount of the rental charges of the Booking Confirmation.
You agree that this Router Rental Agreement will terminate on the Booking End Date and at the End Time specified in the Booking Confirmation absent notice to RENPORT E-COMMERCE. RENPORT E-COMMERCE reserves the right to terminate this Router Rental Agreement at any time for the reasons set in the Terms & Conditions.
The Minimum Rental Period is seven (7) days as shown on the Booking A Router Page which You agreed to in completing the Booking Confirmation. If your Booking End Date is beyond the Minimum Rental Period, the additional days will be at the daily Rental Rates shown on the Website. In any event that You return the ROUTER EQUIPMENT before the Booking End Date, there will be no credit or refund for unused days during the Minimum Rental Period.
RENPORT E-COMMERCE also agreed to pick-up the ROUTER EQUIPMENT at the Booking End Time shown in the Booking Confirmation from the Charter Yacht Company or Delivery Address mutually agreed in any further communication after the completion of the Booking Confirmation. RENPORT E-COMMERCE reserves the right to decline all requests to change delivery and/or pick-up that does not meet the policy of RENPORT E-COMMERCE.
Mediation: Any controversies or disputes arising out of or relating to this Router Rental Agreement will be submitted to mediation in accordance with any statutory rules of mediation. If mediation does not successfully resolve the dispute, the parties may proceed to seek an alternative form of resolution in accordance with any other rights and remedies afforded to them by law.
Binding Effect: The covenants and conditions contained herein shall be valid and continue to bind the Parties and their heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns.
BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND AGREEING TO THIS ROUTER RENTAL AGREEMENT ELECTRONICALLY OR IN PERSON, RENTER AGREES TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS ROUTER RENTAL AGREEMENT, THE RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCORPORATED HEREIN AND ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS PROVIDED TO RENTER UPON RENTING THE ROUTER EQUIPMENT. RENTER AGREES THAT ANY AND ALL ADDITIONAL USERS OF THE ROUTER EQUIPMENT ARE BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS ROUTER RENTAL AGREEMENT.
