In such an event, the person will receive a full refund of the amount of the rental charges of the Booking Confirmation.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

When you make a booking for our products and services you agree to complete a Booking Confirmation with payment by crypto currency. After your Booking Confirmation has been accepted you may cancel your booking governed by the below cancellation policy:

• IF you cancel your reservation fourteen (14) days in advance, RENPORT E-COMMERCE will refund the full rental charges.
• IF you cancel less than fourteen (14) days in advance, your pre-paid rental charges will not be refunded.
• In case of proved deaths or accidents, a refund may be granted at the Booking Office Manager’s discretion.
